Chinese Swordsmanship
Learn how to handle multiple different Chinese swords, including the dao (saber), jian (straight sword), and the changdao (two-handed saber)! Students will learn fundamental movements and drills to sharpen their skills for health, fitness, and full-contact sparring with steel swords and other weapons!
Steel Mace Flow
Use the modern steel mace as a tool for strength training and flow art, developing functional fitness and mobility that will compliment your martial arts practice. This tool can also compliment any other flow art or movement art that students may practice, as well (available via private lesson).
Indian Clubs
Learn how to utilize light clubs to mobilize the shoulders and elbows, as well as flow with style and poise. Light Indian clubs are excellent tools for rehabilitation of old injuries, prevention of mobility issues, and are excellent tools to develop fluidity and grace in motion.
